These directories cover the U.S. Congress, departments and

and Statistical Services
Data and Statistical Services is part of Firestone Library's
Social Science Reference Center. The Data Library is a collection
of over 24,000 machine-readable files, primarily in the
social sciences but also in the sciences and humanities.
The DSS consulting lab, located in A-16-H-3 at the back
of the Social Science Reference Center, offers hands-on
assistance with data extraction and management and use of
statistical software.

International
Up to date as well as historical international data on stocks,
indices, bonds, commodities, futures, options, earning forecasts
(IBES), economic conditions, interest rates, exchange rates,
and economic forecasts. Minimum frequency is daily for financial
information. Data is derived from national governments,
central banks, the International Monetary Fund, OECD, major
investment houses, stock exchanges, and Datastream's own

Jane's Online
Jane's is a database that draws upon multiple sources of
information on the subject of global security matters, specializing
in coverage of national defense capabilities and the defense
industry itself. Princeton's subscription to this database
includes access to four Janes's services: All the World's
Aircraft, Armour and Artillery, Fighting Ships, and
World Defence Industry.

The PAIS database is produced by the OCLC Public Affairs

Polling the Nations is a compilation of surveys conducted
in the United States and more than 80 other countries from
1986 to the present. Each record includes a question asked

RAND is a nonprofit think tank that provides research and

CSA Sociological Abstracts abstracts and indexes the international

SourceOECD is the online library of the Organisation for
Economic Co-operation and Development. Coverage includes
